We get our olive oil from a good work friend of Matthew's, Risq, whose family has an olive farm in Nablus in Palestine. It's delicious oil: fruity, peppery, rich, unctuous, and a luminescent green. We've been getting it in litre bottles for the past year, but given the quantities we buy, Risq decided to give us the bumper 18L size. Good grief. It will have to be a two man job to get it decanted into a bottle that you can actually use!
