While out and about

We've been collecting odd signs that we find around town and thought it was time to share them with you so herewith some of our favourites.

This first one can be found posted along with other 'inspirational' quotes at Matthew's school. Why you should read whilst riding a horse is beyond me.

Next one is posted on the wall outside the bathroom at the plant souk. Confused as to what exactly someone would be doing with stones in the loo, but apparently it's against the rules anyway.

This one comes from above the sink in the kitchen of a favourite local restaurant. I really hope they are referring to poultry for both of the items that are intended to be washed here.

There are lots of little food kiosks in the malls and this one caught my eye. It's not a mistranslation as it says exactly the same in the Arabic as it does in the English. Wonder what the secret ingredient is.

And then this one is above the juice making station at another place. Does the Juice Aria get performed at the same time as the Coffee Cantata?

And lastly this one comes from the motorway out of town. A rather nice sentiment as you head off into the wilds of the desert.
